The evil criminal organisation “Super Terror Intimidation Network Kommand” (S.T.I.N.K.), headed by the mastermind Natalia Kazmarov, is planning to control world governments by subverting Veronique de Vascalles, Head of the World Council of Governments. Only the British Secret Service – “The Department” – can stop them; and only one man can do the job!
Unfortunately, James Bond isn’t available, so they are relying on Dirk Smirk: suave, sophisticated … and impossibly stupid. Is the world lost? Or can Smirk, with his sidekick, the impossibly beautiful Captain Tremaine, save the day?
